I took a photography class freshman year of college as an elective and fell in love. I bought my first camera around the same time as one of my nephews was born and became the full time paparazzi for my entire family (six nieces and nephews).

After a few years I decided it was time for some more models and FacingWest was born.

Videography went hand in hand with this passion. A friend wanted their wedding highlights captured, but hadn’t hired a videographer because of the additional cost and I said I would try. After research and trial and error I found a love for videoing wedding days. I want everyone to be able to look back at their special day and remember how they felt. I work hard to capture more than just the detail of your wedding that you work so hard to plan but the emotion of you, your spouse and all your friends and family in attendance. I know there is so much planning and stress that goes in to your special day so my main goal is never to add to that. I will be your errand runner, hair fixer, hype girl because above all else I want your wedding to genuine, joyful and fun. And that is what the video will show.
